Overview
We offer exchanges within 10 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, and exchanges cannot be issued after the 10-day period
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We have a strict no return policy.
Please Note: If you choose to exchange your item, you will have to pay for the additional delivery charges.
Exchanges
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, we will send you a new package to the mailing address.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vogueclothesss@gmail.com and we will follow up with the next steps.
In order to avoid such a situation, please refer to the size chart.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
